We had to cut out some patterns or text elements from the magazine and put them into a collage, through this activity we were able to use the basic techniques of collage design, so I started to collect magazines based on their graphics and layout.

Lastly, we will choose the best composition out of the 3 ideations as the final submission.

2A. Digital Collage Design

Using the images provided by Mr. Fauzi and edited in Adobe photoshop, we will create three digital collages with different compositions using images downloaded from a vertical A4 canvas size

DESCRIPTION:


I put the goldfish in the middle as the visual center, highlighting the beauty of the goldfish. The background used stripes, flowing like the sky, like a river, with tall buildings below.


DESCRIPTION:

I darkened the whole picture a bit, learned color scale, brightness (contrast), curved color balance, photo filter, and tone separation.


2. Digital Imaging

In digital imaging exercises, we use Adobe Photoshop as tool for doing digital imaging, compost different images into one final output. 

Exercise 1: Heart Mansion

Follow the demo video posted in slide and edit Shazam into the background picture given.

Here is a practice to replace that Superman with our own photo and follow the previous steps to finish well

Exercise 2: Recolouring B&W Photo

In exercise 2, we need to learn to recolour black and white photo using Adobe Photoshop.

I think coloring black and white images is a fun exercise because we can color black and white to our liking
